1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Omniveralis concerning omniveralis.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
If you use the Site for an organisation, you represent that you have authority to act for it. “Including” means “including without limitation”. Headings aid reading and do not limit interpretation.
2. Adult eligibility
The Site discusses the interiors of casino premises and is intended only for people aged 18 or over. By continuing after the age notice, you represent that you meet this minimum. The age prompt is informational and not identity verification. Parents and guardians should use device-level controls appropriate to their circumstances.
3. What Omniveralis does—and does not do
We publish general editorial content about furniture, lighting, carpets, curtains, décor, art, interior solutions and supplier procurement. We may describe supplier types, selection methods, design considerations and public sources.
We do not:
- operate or represent a casino, bookmaker, wagering provider or gaming venue;
- accept bets, wagers, gaming accounts, money, cryptocurrency, deposits or withdrawals;
- publish odds, bonuses, betting tips or links intended to facilitate gambling;
- provide financial products, credit, gambling counselling or emergency services;
- act as a procurement agent, certifier, designer, architect, engineer, lawyer or fiduciary through the Site;
- form a contract between a reader and any supplier.
4. General information, not professional advice
Content is general and cannot account for a project’s jurisdiction, building classification, approval pathway, site condition, contract, budget or operating procedures. References to codes, standards, accessibility, fire, electrical, safety, intellectual property, cultural protocol, privacy or procurement are discussion prompts only.
Before relying on information or selecting a product or provider, verify current requirements and obtain independent advice from appropriately qualified professionals. Product documentation and law can change. No page is a substitute for project-specific testing, certification, legal advice, engineering, quantity verification or contractual due diligence.
5. Supplier references, listings and external links
A reference, link, profile or inclusion does not mean that Omniveralis has audited, certified, approved or endorsed a supplier, product, service, claim, certification or project. We do not guarantee identity, solvency, insurance, capacity, quality, compliance, availability, pricing, lead time, sustainability claims, intellectual-property rights or fitness for purpose.
You are responsible for due diligence, tenders, negotiations, contracts, payments and performance with any third party. External websites are controlled by their operators. Links are provided for convenience and do not incorporate external terms into ours.
If sponsored or paid content is introduced, it will be reasonably labelled. Payment would not be technical certification and would not remove the reader’s responsibility to verify claims.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Site to:
- break applicable law, infringe rights or facilitate harmful or deceptive activity;
- submit unlawful, defamatory, misleading, confidential or unauthorised personal information;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent authority, affiliation, certification or project experience;
- attempt unauthorised access, probe security, introduce malicious code or interfere with availability;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content in a manner that imposes unreasonable load or creates a competing database, except as permitted by law or our written consent;
- remove attribution, rights notices or technical protections;
- use the Site to promote gambling to minors or vulnerable people.
Ordinary search-engine indexing in accordance with robots.txt and reasonable non-commercial linking are permitted. We may restrict access or preserve evidence where misuse is suspected.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site’s original text, selection, arrangement, visual design, generated editorial imagery, graphics and code are owned by or licensed to Omniveralis and protected by applicable law. Trade marks and product names belonging to third parties remain their owners’ property.
You may view and print a reasonable portion for your own internal, non-commercial project research. You may quote short passages with clear attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial content, remove notices, sell copies, train a commercial content-retrieval product on a systematic copy, or imply endorsement without written permission, subject always to rights available under law.
8. Enquiries, corrections and supplier submissions
You retain ownership of material you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, review, reproduce and edit it as reasonably necessary to assess the submission, verify claims, respond and, if clearly intended for publication, publish directory content. You represent that you have authority to provide the material and that doing so does not breach confidentiality, privacy, intellectual property or other rights.
We may request evidence, edit for style or accuracy, decline, remove or archive a submission. We do not guarantee publication, placement, response time or continued inclusion. Do not send trade secrets or material subject to another party’s confidentiality without authorisation.
9. Availability and disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, security, error-free content, completeness, currency, or that use will achieve a particular design, commercial, compliance or procurement result. Images are editorial representations and must not be used as construction documentation or evidence of an actual product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Omniveralis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data arising from use of or inability to use the Site, reliance on content, a supplier relationship, external content or unauthorised access. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining suitable security, backups and independent records. The limitations apply regardless of legal theory but do not limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.
11. Changes, severability, governing law and contact
We may change the Site or these Terms. The effective date identifies the current version; continued use after publication means the revised Terms apply prospectively. We may suspend content for maintenance, security, legal or editorial reasons.
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it is read down or severed to the minimum necessary, and the remainder continues. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement about use of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia and, subject to mandatory law, disputes are submitted to courts with competent jurisdiction in Australia. Before formal proceedings, contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
